Using my nearly three decades of experience, I work to get it done. This is the simple truth of how I conduct my real estate business.

I am both a Graduate Senior Appraiser (GSA), and a real estate professional with over 25 years of both residential and commercial experience specializing in real estate in the Valley of metro Phoenix, including Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert,Chandler, Mesa, and Ahwatukee.

Having grown up in the real estate industry, I have seen every sort of transaction. I have educated myself in appraisal methodologies and provide a realistic scope of pricing and selling models.

My clients receive the clearest, most direct communication throughout the process of buying or selling. They also receive a straight, no-nonsense perspective and education about the value in and of properties and how to maximize that value. Focusing primarily in Scottsdale, McCormick Ranch, and Southeast Valley, I direct my attention to establishing what I call the Right Price to Value (RPV) ratio. Throughout it all, my clients have me holding their hands, representing their interests in a full-service way.
